27 February - Candle Refill Workshop. Animal Care Tearooms Lancaster

Come and refill your own favourite candle jar (Blue Barn or another brand) at this Blue Barn Candle Company Workshop held at Animal Care Tearooms in Lancaster LA2 0RD.

So many candle jars end up in landfill as they can’t be recycled with normal glass. Learn about candlemaking and enjoy an evening with others.

The workshop includes a Light Supper and tea/coffee

Price: £15 on booking, then you will pay an additional £12/£15 on night depending on size of jar.

important info. PLEASE READ:

1. Jars must hold a max of 300g of scented wax. You can check at home by filling with water and weighing on kitchen scales.
2. Jars must be proper candle jars, already used to hold a candle. Jars will be inspected for damage/cracks and suitability and if not deemed usable, a plain glass 200g jar will be offered as replacement at a cost of £1.50
3. The workshop is approx 2 hours. Some of this time will be for your candles to set and food will be served while you wait, included in price.
